The Scam

You want some dope fast rap from Brooklyn? here it is. the first release on the MCI (Most Crush Illin) label! it is called The Scam .the first in a 3 part series of Scam compilations appropriately titled "Another Scam" and "Life's A Scam". This is the same label that dropped the Blind Mice 12"s. it is definitely worth checking out but if all you like is thugged out shit then don't even bother. this is just some classic sounding stuff from the year of 1992! oh and track 5? don't even ask!

Track 5 for the win :)

WTF was he thinking?

Kind of like the LSU joint though it starts out sounding heavily influenced on the Brand Nubian / LONS tip then the 2nd guy comes on and it reminds me of Rampage (mainly cause of the Tramp sample) but even his cadence seems Parish-esque

Thanks for sharing

nice one. I really like this. Thanks. Also, I'm very sure that the Narkim here is the same guy from the group "The Brothers" on B-Boy Records in the 80s. He has the same voice and speech patterns...if I may be so dramatic.
